- At least 12 years old and above.
- Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of the Baptismal Certificate
- Those who intend to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation shall attend the seminars
**** 3 Saturday Seminars to choose from : 25-Jan-2022 or 1-Feb-2022 or 8-Feb-2022 at 8:00AM to 3:00PM – One time only.
**** Please bring your own notebook and ball-pen.
**** Confirmation dates are

12-Feb-2022 Sat | Public School at 1:00 PM
- Confession is a prerequisite to the Sacrament of Confirmation after seminar.
